Join the Party at The POP! Shop
Are you the person your friends ask to explain the stack in Magic? Do you have strong opinions on the current X-Men run? We might be looking for you.
The POP! Shop is more than a retail store — we're a community hub. We look for team members who are genuinely passionate about pop culture, incredibly reliable, and dedicated to maintaining the kind of welcoming, PG-13 environment that makes this place special for players and collectors of all experience levels.

Criteria for Success
- A Customer-First Mindset You get just as excited helping a brand-new player build their first deck as you do breaking down meta-strategy with the veterans. Every person who walks through that door deserves a great experience, and you take that personally.
- Organizational Skills You can sort bulk, restock shelves, manage a pull list, and keep the gaming space clean and inviting — all without being asked twice. A tidy store is a welcoming store.
- Reliability When the big event is about to fire, we need to know you're going to be there, ready to go. Our community counts on us to run things smoothly, and that starts with the team showing up.

The Fine Print
- No Guarantee of Employment Submitting an application or resume does not guarantee an interview, an offer of employment, or that a position is currently available. We review all applications and reach out when the right fit comes along.
- Application Retention We keep submitted applications on file for 1 year. If a position opens up that matches your background within that window, we may reach out. Please don't call the store to check on the status of a general application — we'll contact you if there's a match.
- Equal Opportunity Employer The POP! Shop is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
- At-Will Employment Any employment relationship with The POP! Shop is at-will, meaning either the employee or the employer may end the relationship at any time, with or without cause or advance notice, to the extent permitted by law.
