David is one of the founding members of The POP! Shop and has played a major role in helping build the business into a destination for collectors, gamers, and hobby enthusiasts throughout the region. Bringing over 45 years of retail experience, David helps guide the company’s continued growth and long-term direction while contributing to its strong community presence and customer-focused philosophy.
Known for his leadership, creativity, and deep understanding of retail operations, David works closely with the team on business development, merchandising, content planning, and maintaining the overall voice and vision of the company. His passion for collectibles and dedication to creating a welcoming environment have helped shape the identity and culture of The POP! Shop from the very beginning.
Spencer is a co-founding member of The POP! Shop and has helped shape the company from the ground up through innovation, technology, and a deep passion for gaming culture. With extensive experience in retail operations, collectibles, and inventory systems, Spencer oversees much of the company’s technical infrastructure, online presence, and day-to-day operational strategy.
A lifelong enthusiast of retro gaming, trading card games, comics, and collectible culture, he has played a key role in expanding The POP! Shop’s reach both in-store and online. Outside of the store, Spencer is also a practicing chiropractor, bringing the same level of dedication, problem-solving, and personal care into both professions. He is known for developing custom systems and tools that improve inventory management, e-commerce functionality, and customer experience while helping guide the continued growth and evolution of the company.
